Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Briony Evans - Head Coach/Owner
Briony has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, starting her career facilitating group fitness classes.

Later in her career she added in Personal Training, helping her clients work to the best of their abilities and achieve their goals.

After a back injury forced her early retirement of teaching group classes like Les Mills, she shifted her focus to rehabilitation and became passionate about creating a brand of fitness classes that could cater for inclusion, weather they were fighting fit, all levels of injuries, and any age!

And Being Active was re-born into what you see today!

Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Paul Wheeler
After over 20 years in the military, Paul struggled to find a fitness niche that suited the way he was accustomed to training. It was all a bit lack luster, too easy, too generic or just plain boring

As a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Paul utilises his military experience to present a unique perspective on training.
His classes are welcome to all regardless of ability and focus on functional fitness, goal setting and pushing boundaries to achieve optimum results in a safe and nurturing environment
