WHAT ARE OUR CLASSES?
LIFT
Lift is a strength/weights only focused class. With no more than 6 exercises to execute in a 45 minute session.
You will have the opportunity to push yourself and monitor your progressions using your individual profile on our program software.

LIFT - CONDITIONING
A class that targets your whole body, using different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body.
Using strength and resistance techniques, with higher repetitions, increase time under tension, working at a moderate and constant heart rate
but engaging perfect muscular control. This will challenge you.

ABT BURN
ABT Burn, aptly names, is a bodyweighted/light weighted Abs, butts and Thighs class that is timed to music.
This class is the best way to ensure you have a strong core and legs which is crucial—not just for your workouts, but for everyday life.​

H.I.I.T
Meaning ‘High Intensity Interval Training, you take a cardio workout and push yourself outside of your comfort zone, yes its challenging,
but its still a class that all fitness levels can attend as its work at your pace

HY-CON
Hy-Con (Hybrid-Conditioning) takes the principles of Lift and HIIT and jams them into a class with weights and cardio.
A class that will change and grow along with you as your body gets stronger
BOXING
Partner boxing, but don’t worry if you don’t have a partner, there’s always someone for you to box with.
Your own gloves and pads are essential
We encourage you to also use wraps under your gloves for your protection

PILATES MATWORK
Pilates Matwork is a low impact exercise performed on a mat, with the aim being to strengthen and lengthen the body
with a focus on muscle groups, particularly the core.

BOOTCAMP - 'ALL IN'
Saturday Bootcamp is anything goes, anything can happen, but what we can guarantee is a serious challenge, and some seriously good fun!
Just like all classes, you can work to your pace and fitness level
(This is the only class we don’t have a cap on numbers)
