At BEing Active Fitness we take a fun approach to fitness. You can work hard, get results and still enjoy yourself.
Since Covid-19 forced the closure of gyms on 23rd March 2020, BEing Active Fitness has been running out of a home based gym space, now 3 years later, in early April 2023 we made the move into PCYC Sutherland.
The renovated facility at PCYC will have all the things we need:

BEing Active Owner Briony Evans, has over 20 years experience in fitness industry. She offers 1 on 1 Personal Training and
Semi Private PT for up to 4 persons.
On top of the personal training options, BEing Active Fitness offers boutique group training classes, with capped class numbers.
